The Fault in Our Stars by John Green

John Green has created a sad yet honest book about two teenagers, Hazel and Augustus, who have cancer. Green created well rounded characters that do not play the victim.

The two characters embrace—sometimes not so willingly—the idea of mortality.  Together they explore what it means to be alive and what it means to loose.

Hazel’s sarcasm and seriousness couple well with Augustus’s spontaneous nature in this well written love story. Find out what happens to these teenagers who must come to terms with their fate.
